My love of photography comes from the love of all of the roles I play in life. Photography allows me to document special memories and people in my life.
I believe every photograph tells a story. Photographs allow us to capture time and always remember just how small a newborns toes are, a toothless smile, best friends, pregnancy and true love to the end.

I have had the pleasure of photographing hundreds of families over the years. Every year I look forward to providing visitors to the Outer Banks with fun memories of their portrait session on the beach, and beautiful images that they will look at for years to come as their family grows and their children become adults.
I look forward each year to when I see the smiling faces of families that I have met and had the pleasure to photograph in past years.It is always fun to see how much the kids have grown, to see the new additions to the family, whether a new baby or a new son or daughter-in-law.
I feel like I am a member of the family, and I enjoy each time I am included as a part of your vacation. I am looking forward to seeing all of the friends I have made in the past and to those I will make this year.

Hi Shelly,
I just came upon your blog here when I Googled A Restaurant by George to see what I could find. I worked there as a dishwasher in the 80’s and alos did many Gorilla Grams there.
Thanks for your walk down memory lane. When I was there this past summer (I hadn’t been “home” for ten years) it was difficult to find any of these places as they now exist in only memory.
